The musicians in New Joy Band grew up in San Diego, California, bonding over their shared passions for Rhythm, Blues and Funk. Each member brings a unique musical aesthetic to the band. Over the years the group has grown comfortable jumping genres and mashing up influences. We are a high energy show band playing R&B, Soul and Funk.
