Ever wondered what it’s like to be a winemaker? Now’s your chance! Join us for a one-of-a-kind experience in our exclusive wine blending class, where you’ll explore the art of blending with three classic varietals: Grenache, Syrah, and Tempranillo. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn about the world-renowned wines of Penedès, Spain.
Guided by Blake Miller, our head Winemaker, and Matt Rice, our Director of Winery Operations, you’ll have the opportunity to create up to three custom blends using a 100mL graduated cylinder. Document your creations, select your favorite, and we’ll bottle it for you to take home as a personalized keepsake.
